RED COUCH PHOTO

Today is our last day in Guangzhou, so it was time to dress Zoe up in her pink silk outfit. We called the Barton's (Jennifer, Jason and their girls Ashlyn and Kaylyn) to join us for the red couch photo shoot.

Zoe was all smiles, she did really good. Zoe really likes Ashlyn because she's always sharing food with her and giving her kisses. After the photo's we met up with Naomi's family and we all walked off the island. We went first to a food market place and Jason, Carl and Steve each tried a deep fried scorpion and then Steve wasn't done so he purchased some kind of deep fried worms and Naomi's older sisters and Steve & Jason tried these. They said that they had a salty taste to them. We ate lunch at a local Italian Restaurant and then walked back through a section of stores that sold pets. There were all kinds of small breed dogs, cats, fish, turtles, rabbits, birds and even live scorpions.

Were back early to our room to let Zoe take a nap, and we will wait here until Ann delivers us Zoe's passport with her visa. Were all packed up and ready to leave in the morning! We have really enjoyed our time in China and have learned so much about her homeland that we will share with her as she grows up. We will miss this place as we leave, but it's time to move on and get back to our boys that we have missed so much.

We love you boys, 2 1/2 more days and were home!
